Cape Campbell believes there is an equal share of Craft, Skill and Innovation involved in the wine making process which creates our unique wines, with intensity and style to be discovered and enjoyed anytime.
Our soils have been through a huge transformation from dry pastoral grazing to productive grape growing. The Clay soil leads to natural low vine vigour with balanced crop levels, which gives a unique aromatic and flavoursome quality to the profile of the fruit.
There is often very predictable weather during spring flowering and a natural coastal breeze through spring and summer. This helps minimize the risk of frost and use of sprays.
