Passionfruit and peapods on the nose followed by brisk, bouncing citris, white peach and a woft of sweaty armpit, green beans and lucious lime. Hardly suprising that it scooped a conveted Blue/Gold medal at the recent Sydney International Wine Show - and it is sensational with mussel fritters drizzeled with lemon juice and rock salt.
