Sip this.... - Taradale Observer 28 April 2009

Intensely spicy with some pungent florals on the nose and a lush, fhubarby, cherryish flavour. Smooth and slippery to drink. Great with rosemary - studded roast leg of lamb and roasting pan gravy.

Nelson Mail - Neil Hodgson 01 May 2009

This carboNZero certified Marlborough producer has delivered a Pinot packed with flavour. Pale ruby in colour with spicy flavours of raspberry , cherry, soft charred oak and a hint of licorice, this is delightful autumn drinking.

The Press - Easy drinker by Graham Stringer 28 May 2009

A medium-weight drink, young style, showing cherries and raspberries with some savoury overtones. There is a faint hint of greenness but not enough to spoil this easy-drinking wine.

Views vary, but it's just my opinion - Northern Advocate with Graeme Barrow 27 June 2009

Fresh and fruity, raspberries, cherries and fresh hay - balanced, straight froward and easy drinking.
